How long Is processing and shipping?
Your order processing time depends on the size of your order, but it typically takes us between three and five business days to take an order from proofing and turn it into your flying discs. Note that business days mean Monday to Friday – we don’t process orders during weekends.
As for shipping, we use the fastest route available to you based on your selection. Free shipping often takes longer (up to 10 business days). However, rush shipping is available. This option requires payment but means your custom-printed flying discs land on your doorstep in one or two business days upon completion of production.

Is my image high enough resolution? How will I know if my design will come out blurry?
We recommend that you create your image so that it can be printed at 300 dpi (dots per inch). That measurement corresponds to an image that is 300 x 300 pixels, and you can essentially break down images into inch measurements to find the right resolution. For instance, an image that is 5 x 5 inches would be 1500 x 1500 pixels.
But don’t worry if you’re not certain that you’ve found the right resolution!

Where do I send my artwork?
You can either upload your artwork to our system via our website as you place your flying disc order, or you can send the artwork to sales@customflyingdiscs.com and one of our sales reps will get in touch. Finally, you can also upload artwork via our “Live Chat” service if you’d prefer to talk about your requirements as you upload.
